Toronto, Canada – January 29, 2013 – MXM Nation Inc. announced today that Michelle Berelowitz has been appointed interim Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the company. MXM Nation is the online social commerce community aimed at helping extreme sports athletes reduce their costs, increase their visibility and become a top contender in their sport.
In her new role, Michelle will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring companywide alignment with competitive strategies to enhance marketplace execution and service delivery of MXM Nation’s social commerce platform. Berelowitz will manage technology, operations, marketing, product management and design, accounting and human resources. Most recently, Berelowitz was founder of Your Charity Challenge, a Facebook application, consulted to numerous technology start-ups in southwestern Ontario and was Manager of Enterprise Co-op at the University of Waterloo, a program to nurture and mentor young technology founders through the commercialization process.

Ms. Berelowitz holds an MBET from the University of Waterloo, Faculty of Engineering, Conrad Business Entrepreneurship and Technology Centre, as well as degrees in Political Science, Finance and Strategy.
