MXM Nation is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Johnson as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). MXM Nation is the online social commerce community aimed at helping extreme sports athletes reduce their costs, increase their visibility and become a top contender in their sport.
In his new role, Mr Johnson will lead the development and implementation of the Company’s marketing strategies to drive continued growth and support its social commerce platform initiatives. Brett is an active member of the start-up community and thrives on the challenges and wins associated with high growth, technology companies. He has served as a Marketing Leader for some of Canada’s largest marketers including Loblaw Companies and GE Digital Energy as well an advisor for several start-ups in the clean-tech, financial services and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Johnson is an active member of Silicon Halton, is the Toronto Lead of the CMO Club, and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a B.Eng from McMaster University.
