The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Seth Brouwers as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Effective immediately, Brouwers will assume responsibility for product strategy, platform development, service delivery and operations across the company.

Prior to this appointment, Brouwers was responsible for driving the SponsorsCloud product development and developing the vision for social sponsorship. Previously, he was VP Operations and Product Manager for Pinpoint Environmental Inc. He holds a Masters in Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology degree from the University of Waterloo and he acts as director and advisor to various technology start-up companies.

New International Infopet Systems Ltd. (CNSX: SPO) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced reverse takeover (the “RTO”) by MXM Nation Inc. (“MXM”) on December 19, 2013. The RTO was preceded by a non-brokered private placement by MXM for gross proceeds of $1,250,000 (the “Private Placement” and together with the RTO, the “Transaction”). A special shareholders meeting of the Company has been scheduled for January 8, 2014 to approve, among other things, a change of the Company’s name to SponsorsOne Inc.

On December 13, 2013, the Canadian National Stock Exchange (the “CNSX”) issued its conditional approval of the listing of the common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) upon completion of the Transaction. The Common Shares are expected to begin trading on the CNSX on December 23, 2012 under the ticker symbol “SPO”.

Mr. Gary Bartholomew   

Gary_lrGary Bartholomew has successfully established and operated MXM since its incorporation and has been responsible for managing the operations of MXM in the role of chief executive officer prior to February 2013. He has considerable operational experience and technical knowledge of social network portal websites and search engines. Gary Bartholomew currently acts as Executive Chairman guiding the senior management team at MXM.

Mr. Bartholomew has acted as Managing Partner at Galt Global Capital Inc., an alternative asset manager focused in the areas of Innovation, Agriculture, Precious Metals and Natural Resources. Additionally, Mr. Bartholomew is the founding Advisor to the Masters In Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology program at the Conrad Centre, University of Waterloo, and Department of Engineering. In its 11th year, Mr. Bartholomew helped form the program to assist entrepreneurs in the commercialization of technology ideas and opportunities. In addition to his advisory role in the MBET program, Mr. Bartholomew is also the founding advisor of the University of Waterloo’s Stratford Campus School of Global Business and Digital Arts. Mr. Bartholomew takes an active role in mentoring technology based start-ups in the Waterloo area

Adam_lrWith the increased focus on growing the company’s revenue streams , MXM Nation created the role of Chief Revenue Officer.  In this new role, Mr. Pearsall will play an integral role on the management team. During the last five years, Mr. Pearsall has worked Director of Cultural and Consumer insights at NFU Inc, an experiential marketing agency. He has also served as Director of Business Development at Thaler Ventures, a Venture Capital firm specializing in seed and early stage investments. Mr. Pearsall is the Co-Founder of College and University Explorations.

With the increased activities in R&D, MXM Nation created the role of Chief Patent Officer.  In this new role, Mr. Chatterjee will play an integral role not only the management team, but also the development team.

“As we began to develop our social commerce platform, we realized the innovation and unique offering must be protected,” says Myles Bartholomew.  “Having Jai as part of the team is critical, we know how invaluable his experience will be to the company in developing strategies to capture our core disruptive technologies.”

Mr. Chatterjee has more than 10 years experience in patent preparation, prosecution and analysis in a diverse array of technologies including imaging system firmware and software, vaccines, internet marketplaces, medical devices, transgenic animals, and computer applications.   His previous work included working with individual inventors, large universities and Fortune 500 companies.  Jai has always maintained a particularly keen interest in working with small and medium sized clients due to a combination of dynamic development of innovative ideas and opportunities.  Mr. Chatterjee received his doctorate at McGill University in Biochemistry.

Mr. Olson is a Chartered Accountant and CFA with over 10 years business experience working within the hedge fund industry and corporate reporting. Past companies include Manager of Reporting for Zi Corporation, a technology company traded on the TSX and Nasdaq; and Controller for Galt Global Capital.
